CdA Casas de Alicante

CdA Casas de Alicante, has its origin in a previous project that arose in 2004, with the name of CdA Central de Alquiler being a collaborating agent of the Public Housing Rental Company, dependent on the Ministry of Housing, which jointly they interact to provide a professional service, in order to guarantee that the rental of housing is an investment for the owner and not a source of problems, as is the case up to now in many cases.

Due to the significant economic repercussions it has for the owner's assets, rental housing cannot be based on the luck of finding a good tenant, but rather requires professional management, where the luck factor is reduced to a minimum, thereby which has allowed our delinquency rates to be below 1%

As of 2018, we have resumed the sale of real estate, an activity that we had relegated to the background when the 2008 crisis arose. In order to attend to this new activity, without neglecting the previous one, we have made some important changes, ranging from a name change, now we have come to call ourselves CdA Casa de Alicante, until the installation of a completely automated system, which allows greater flexibility in the investigation and adaptation of the property profile to the client's requests
